Chef Justin Kingsley Hall, formerly of Sparrow + wolf, serves New American fare like he Hen Gone Wild, a vanilla and coffee-cured half chicken coated with wild rice flour, then roasted and served with grilled radicchio bourbon demi glacé.
The restaurant, on the same property as Atomic Liquors, was home to Doc’s Automotive in the mid-20th century. The windows that offer a view into the kitchen have been preserved from the original structure.
