The Kitchen at Atomic

The Kitchen at Atomic, est. April 2017 next to Atomic Liquors, is where fine dining meets fun bar food, with a twist.

Chef Josh Horton, formerly of Cili at the Bali Hai Golf Club, serves New American fare and twists on traditional bar staples, like Mama Johns’ Mac Bites, with poached lobster, roasted peppers and gruyere béchamel.

The restaurant, on the same property as Atomic Liquors, was home to Doc’s Automotive in the mid-20th century. The windows that offer a view into the kitchen have been preserved from the original structure.
